History
Since 2004
Telemarketing focus
Since 2004 Novacheck has
designed and delivered Demand Generation Services to IT companies.
Sales focus
Our core service is providing
Telemarketing services.
However, we have also provided Sales Consultancy and helped numerous
businesses penetrate and establish new accounts.
- In 2010 we helped an
organisation refine and re-focus their sales efforts and we did this by
independently selling £500,000 in new business for them across 5 accounts,
from our leads!
- These new business
accounts have already exceeded last year's revenue and a total of £3million
in renewals and upgrades is expected by the end of 2011.
Our roots are in sales, and
by having successfully sold solutions, we know what it takes to create leads
and opportunities that turn into sales.
Telemarketing Consultancy
April 2011 is the launch of our new website and Novacheck
has re-launched as Novacheck Marketing.
-
The main difference between
Novacheck since 2004 and Novacheck in 2011 is that
from 2011 moving forward, we are now also offering
Telemarketing Consultancy alongside our
traditional Telemarketing services.
-
With a strong focus on sales, we
can work with you, your in house team and or your current Telemarketing
supplier.
Directors Profile
Telemarketing
-
Our founder Andrew Mujuru was a Telemarketer for a total of
12 months between 2002 and 2003
at Rednet (One of the first B2B Internet Service Providers in
the UK).
-
Within that
first year at Rednet he generated 360 SMB leads which converted into £150,000 of new business sales for Rednet.
-
Andrew also generated over 200 B2B leads for ADSL, which was still to be set up and
introduced.
This compelled the business to
immediately launch ADSL to customers, followed by SDSL.
-
By the time Andrew reached
1 year as a Telemarketer at Rednet in April of 2003, most of his leads were already closed Sales.
-
He had also trained and
developed the new telemarketers in the company.
-
Andrew was also invited by the
Sales Director to train Senior Executives and Account Managers how to position
Rednet to new prospects and how to generate more sales opportunities in the
existing accounts.
New Business Sales and
New Product and Solution Launches
-
Upon reaching his first year anniversary
as a Telemarketer at Rednet, the company created an otherwise none existent
position for Andrew and he was promoted to New Business Sales.
- Andrew sought and attained
this promotion whilst he was a Telemarketer by planning, focusing and
ensuring that the majority of his leads either turned into sales, or that
they were completed Sales before they left the Telemarketing department.
- This attention to quality
and lead-to-sales conversions has stayed with him until today, and forms an
integral part of Novacheck's Telemarketing fabric.
Multilayered Solutions Launched and
Sold
Andrew's self
sufficiency at generating new leads from cold and designing and delivering multilayered solutions
to new business customers allowed him to sell the following solutions:
- Bandwidth ◦ Managed Hosting
◦
Streaming ◦ Web, Antivirus and Antispam solutions ◦
Site-to-Site Networking ◦ VPN solutions ◦ Cisco Hardware and Smartnet
Support contracts.
-
Andrew
designed some of the corporate Networking Solutions with Cisco Routers,
Switches and Firewalls.
These head office solutions were also integrated with Cisco and or Netgear
Hardware into VPNs with small remote offices or home workers. To match the
Cisco Smartnet support contracts sold with these, Andrew also created a new
Netgear Support contract to incorporate into this multilayered solution
offering to customers.
-
Andrew also managed to introduce new
vendors to Rednet, namely :Blackspider (now Websense) and RealNetworks (maker
of Realplayer).
Andrew embraced these technologies amongst others and worked with Presales to research them
before running a sales pilot for them.
-
Blackspider was re-branded or
white labelled as Redshield.
-
Also, reselling RealNetworks'
streaming solutions naturally complemented Rednet as Streaming requires
bandwidth and hosting, both of which Rednet sold.
